Biography
Kevin is a partner at CM Lawyers. He and Karl T. Marsden established the firm in 2017 with the goal of providing exceptional service and legal advice in the areas of real estate, Wills and estates and business law. Kevin has extensive experience in those areas of law and is the preferred real estate lawyer to a number of real estate agents and brokerages and the preferred banking lawyer to a number of financial institutions and private lenders.
Kevin is actively involved in the community. He has served as a director on a number of boards and volunteered his time coaching youth baseball, soccer and hockey. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and can often be seen on the golf course, in local hockey arenas and on local mountain biking and snowshoe trails.
