Biography
Elysa’s practice focuses on family law, including complex and high-conflict parenting issues, high-net-worth property disputes, and desk order divorce. With years of experience as a family lawyer, defence counsel, and crown prosecutor, she has gained extensive litigation experience and courtroom skills. This background allows her to effectively identify legal issues, understand her clients’ key interests, and guide them through some of the most challenging times in their lives, all while striving for successful outcomes with a positive attitude.
Elysa earned her Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University before obtaining her law degree from the University of Saskatchewan. After living in Saskatchewan for 20-years, she returned home to the Okanagan, where she spent her formative years. When she is not working, Elysa is spending time with her family, reading a novel, experimenting in the kitchen, playing chess, or jogging on the trails.
